We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Energy Billing, Credit Solutions, and Payments department at Acquire BPO. This role involves overseeing complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of billing and payment solutions for our energy sector clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for energy billing programs and credit solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and objectives
- Oversee the development and implementation of payment systems and processes
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall performance and capabilities
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the energy or financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of billing systems, credit management, and payment processing
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted projects
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP certification preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process improvement and change management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
