As a Professional Hospital Representative (Hospital Care) at B. Braun you will play a vital role in managing our Industrial Partners (IP) within the Luzon / Metro Manila area, as well to promote and sell our products or services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and medical professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales.

As a Professional Hospital Representative (Hospital Care) at B. Your key responsibilities:
- Manage current IP (Industrial Partners) of the organization and drive to achieve sales growth of the business.
- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to drive sales and revenue growth across the Luzon territory.
- Leverage customer insights to identify prospects, understand client needs, and maintain a robust and accurate customer database.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations, ensuring clear and effective communication across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies, share insights, and enhance overall customer engagement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with healthcare clients, ensuring profitability while meeting client-specific requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform proactive and innovative sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a resilient, results-driven approach and consistent performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts, manage overdue payments, and support financial alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex environments and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
