Architect (Office Fit outs)

We are looking for am Architect to lead the design team in creating smart, functional, and visually compelling interior spaces. This role combines creative direction, project management, and technical expertise. Youll collaborate with clients, construction teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team in developing space plans, drawings, and 3D renderings for commercial and office projects.
• Coach and mentor team members to maintain high design standards and meet deadlines.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and project briefings.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and procurement.
• Support project bidding efforts and deliver persuasive design presentations.
• Ensure all design outputs comply with safety codes, building regulations, and client expectations.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• At least 5 years experience in commercial/office interior design and fit-out.
• Proficient in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, space planning principles, and design execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
