Opportunity Overview
  • Ensure timely updating of the FRU Calculator for Repairable Planners' Spares & Volume analysis
  • Collaborate with Planners if there are issues encountered in the FRU calculator & other Central Planning reports
  • Automate existing major reports for efficiency and readily available for Planners
  • Provide initial Volume Forecast to include Volume for D&T Calculations for Planners & PROGs use
  • Consolidate Volume & Repair Output Forecast from different products & perform initial analysis
  • Initiate volume review meetings with the PROGs, Finance, Planning , Transportation & Logistics Team
  • Ensure ontime publishing of the approved Volume Forecast for MBRs, PreQBRs, QBRs &/or when the need arises including other regular reports like weekly OTD, Shipments, etc
  • Understand variances & provide jump ups on drivers
  • Collaborate with Global Repair, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Finance or Business unit Managers on related matters
  • Perform other related tasks or reports that maybe assigned by the superior
  • Drive continuous improvement projects & initiatives

  • A graduate of BS Industrial Eng'g, Statistics or related field preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience in production/material planning and/or data analytics
  • Other degree holders with related experience are welcome to apply
  • Proven experience in managing and collaborating effectively with the cross-functional teams
  • Has sense of urgency & work within tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query) is essential
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills & can relate well with people
  • Ability to remain impartial and demonstrate maturity when resolving conflicts
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules or holidays, as the need arises
