Production Supervisor

Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising

job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems,

policies, and procedures.

About The Job

• Maintains staff by orienting and training employees as well as developing personal growth opportunities
• Maintains and monitors workflows and instruction
• Responsible for the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; process flow on shift production summaries
• Implements Operations standards
• Escalates personnel challenges by gathering data; take part in the investigation, identify solutions and recommend action
• Lead Kaizen and LSGA Activities for the Production Line
• Escalates issues as necessary to ensure that manufacturing plans are properly executed
• Escalates issues as necessary to ensure that manufacturing plans are properly executed
• Coordinates with cross-functional team to ensure timely manufacturing to meet customer requirement
• Coordinate manpower and material resources need to meet weekly production schedule
• Updates tracking tools so that cross functional teams can identify readiness of other area
  
  
  
  

About You

• Education: Bachelor or university degree preferred
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
