Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Happiness Officer, where your primary mission will be to spread joy and create remarkable experiences for our customers. This role offers the convenience of permanent remote work and a structured training program, enabling you to enhance your skills without the traditional interview process. Successful candidates will proceed directly to training following an evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embody our brand identity and voice in every customer engagement, reflecting our values in all interactions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service that leads to memorable WOW moments for both new and returning clients across multiple platforms, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Translate product information and customer communications such as newsletters and lifecycle emails to ensure clarity and accessibility.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our products and internal systems to assist customers effectively.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere in every interaction, contributing to a culture of happiness and support within the team.

Required Skills

  • Proficient communication skills in both Slovak and English at a professional level.
  • Strong desire to assist individuals with varying learning curves and a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week).
  • A functional desktop or computer with specified technical requirements and a minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps.

Qualifications

  • Professional level fluency in Slovak and English.
  • A passion for service and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
