Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations in the plant to ensure the efficient, safe, and quality production of acid-related outputs. This role involves planning, monitoring, reporting, and implementing company policies and procedures to achieve operational goals while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production activities and prepare accurate output reports.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Ensure the timely delivery of production outputs in accordance with company requirements.
• Enforce strict compliance with company policies, manufacturing procedures, and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet company and departmental objectives.
• Maintain compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Plan and allocate resources for production operations, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
• Lead or participate in special projects as assigned by management.
  
  Qualification:
• Must be a licensed engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
