What You'll Do
- Responsible for the achievement of project/s objectives through careful planning, implementation, and monitoring of project performance.
- Identify and implement quality and productivity improvement plans under the immediate superior’s direction.
- Develops and implements production plans based on project goals.
- Prepares and analyzes operational performance reports.
- At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a production environment
- A graduate of any discipline
- Adaptability, creativity, and ethical leadership
- Strong communication & decision-making skills
- Can work onsite in the Mandaue office
- Can start ASAP
