What Your Mission Is

The Dispatcher will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent. This individual will work closely with our sales and HR teams to identify hiring needs, source candidates, and streamline the recruitment process.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch roofing crews to job sites based on availability and project requirements
• Communicate job details, updates, and changes to crews and customers
• Track progress of ongoing jobs and adjust schedules as needed
• Maintain accurate records of job orders, materials, and crew assignments
• Provide administrative support to project managers and field supervisors
  
  

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with scheduling software and use of a CRM
• English speaking
