Job Description Summary

As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Production Designer role supports Cushman & Wakefield sales professionals and marketing partners in the execution of a variety of marketing deliverables including property assets, sales collaterals, brochures, social graphics, proposals and presentations, property flyers and more. The role provides timely, consistent, and high-quality production design outputs, working within the framework of existing designs and branded templates.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Manage marketing deliverables by sourcing, updating, and organizing project assets, ensuring accuracy and completeness across various formats (e.g., floor plans, aerials, maps).
  • Apply strong design and layout skills within templates, using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office to highlight key messages and maintain brand consistency.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Coordinators and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing timely updates, addressing outstanding needs, and tracking progress through company platforms.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic arts, communications, or related design discipline
  • Proven production design skills with 1–2+ years of experience, showcasing speed, precision, and adherence to design principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; web tools and HTML knowledge are a plus
