Responsible to respond to inbound inquiries from providers and members on Eligibility and Benefits (medical and behavioral health), Claims Inquiry , Provider Inquiry pre-authorization
Answer calls coming from potential and enrolled members of a US healthcare insurance company. These calls are mainly on customer service - providing formation, requesting for help, following up on a previous concern, exploring new plans, cancelling existing plans, filing for appeals and/or grievances.

These calls are mainly on customer service - providing formation, requesting for help, following up on a previous concern, exploring new plans, cancelling existing plans, filing for appeals and/or grievances.
- HS Graduate / SHS graduate; completed 2 yrs. in college and College/ Bachelor's Degree with or without BPO exp.
- Must be willing to work within US office hours (EST to PST) in shifting schedules
- Must be willing to work on site (Gagfa Building)
- Must be willing to work on select weekends and holidays as required by the business
- Computer literate (MS Programs mainly)
- Trainable / has experience in customer service
- Good communication skills
- Mathematical ability
- Good analytical skills
- Typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
