Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Trulaboratories Corporation. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base within the medical and healthcare sector. This specific position is focused on two subcategories: Machine Sales and Consumables.
Responsibilities:
Machine Sales:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives for diagnostic machines.
- Identify potential customers within hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities who would benefit from our diagnostic machines.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features, benefits, and capabilities of our diagnostic machines.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate information on product specifications, installation requirements, and maintenance services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in diagnostic machines to effectively position our products.
Diagnostic Consumables:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives for diagnostic consumables.
- Identify opportunities for consumable sales within existing customer accounts and seek to expand the product offerings.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and availability to customers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials for consumable products.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of consumable products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities related to diagnostic consumables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology, Nursing, Medical Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
