Qualifications:

- High School or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma or certificate)
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours
- Can start immediately
- Minimum of 6 months Customer Service Experience (CCE) is required

Responsibilities:

- Address customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions
- Foster positive relationships with customers through open communication
- Deliver accurate, complete, and valid information
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and handle documentation
- Adhere to company communication guidelines, policies, and procedures
