Product Owner Intern Position Description

The Product Owner Intern at GoTeam plays a critical role in shaping the product development process. This position is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in product management, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and align with business objectives. Interns will assist in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product backlog items based on stakeholder input and market research.
• Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to communicate vision and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to the product roadmap.
• Evaluate product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Currently enrolled in an Internship or OJT subject
• Minimum of 300 internship hours
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Prior experience in project management, product management, or relevant internships is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
