POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Primary responsibility is to design and develop high quality software solutions as a contributing member of a highly motivated team of Engineers. This individual will serve the “Software Engineering” role on an Agile team.

The role is a Software developer using different web technologies e.g. HTML5/CSS3, Native JavaScript, Nest JS, Next JS Angular or ReactJS. Server technologies e.g. J2EE, J2SE, other web server technologies and one of the cloud technologies (AWS, Google or Azure).

Job Description :

• Own the coding/design of a sub-module
• Review the requirements and provide simple, workable solutions
• Design and document the sub-module working with the tech-lead
• Implement the critical parts of the module
• Ensure coding standards, proper design patterns, writing test cases.
• Mentor the junior programmers
• Peer and junior programmer's code review
• Work independently and proactively to deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance
  
  

Skillset Requirements:

• Strong experience in developing backend systems.
• Prior experience [minimum 2+ years] in stack React, NodeJS and overall experience of 5+ years in software development.
• Ability to work in a team structure and deliver projects on time.
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills in super changing environment
• Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Should have knowledge on any of the Cloud Technologies [AWS/Azure/GCP].
• Strong troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements
• Ability to document the requirements inform of word document and/or UML diagrams
