Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any Agriculture related field
  • Experience Level: 10+ years of experience in product operations or a related field
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in Business Strategy, People Management, and Operations Management
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in developing operational processes and team leadership
