The Platforms Marketing App Education and Engagement Officer is primarily responsible for enhancing the migration experience of the customer from branch transactions to app usage by developing and implementing programs that educate and engage frontliners and clients of the BPI app's digital capabilities.
Leverage on BPI's marketing technologies in sending direct communications to clients such as but not limited to Email, PFM Insight Cards.

- Organize and conduct onboarding sessions, training workshops, and Q&A forums to ensure that staff across branches are comfortable using and promoting the app to customers.
- Lead the coordination and execution of the BPI app rollout to area offices, ensuring all frontliners are equipped with knowledge of the app’s features and functionalities.
- Serve as the point of contact for any issues or feedback regarding the BPI app at the frontline level, working closely with the tech and support teams to resolve concerns and improve usability. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the App Stars Program, ensuring that both digital tools and offline events are well-integrated to create a seamless experience for volunteers.
- Develop engaging content, tutorials, and exclusive events, that keeps volunteers motivated. Implement reward systems, recognition programs, and milestones to foster a sense of accomplishment and loyalty. This includes crafting campaigns that drive engagement through volunteer challenges, and offline events or meetups
- Regularly communicate regarding the status of programs handled
- Graduate of any four-year Business Course
- Background in Financial Services industry
- Experience in digital product management, Manpower Training, Marketing and Communications, Customer Experience Design or a similar role.
- Understanding of customer journey design.
- Strong understanding of the BPI app including features, user interface and best practices for driving adoption and usage
- In-depth understanding of the Unibank ecosystem and how various stakeholders are connected to the success of the program
