PRODUCT MANAGER

This role will be responsible for enhancing product features to ensure product CVP/competitiveness. Research, expand segment and develop programs for the bank’s preferred market. Actively manage pricing and introduction or rationalization of fees (e.g. introduction of pre-term fees). Monitoring of portfolio performance and solutioning on performance issues. Launch and monitor product test programs and other tactical programs/campaigns. Coordinates with the ULC & enterprise partners for the delivery of items critical to support product sales across channels (i.e. Creatives, Spiels, System-related)

Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional stakeholders (Credit, ISG, Platforms, Operations etc.) to develop, improve and launch identified product variants that will grow PL market share and balances profitably.
• Coordination with channels and digital for market insighting and to ensure strong distribution of new products upon launch.
• Introduce new products and keep pricing schemes updated to grow new releases and revenue.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and product management for Personal Loans or Unsecured Lending
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Must be excellent in decision making, analysis, negotiation, creatives and media proficiency
