The Product Manager shall be responsible for technological development of its services; aligned with its objectives, following the regulations set by AMLC and BSP.
The employee shall have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset for addressing potential hazards and improve the competitiveness of the business through innovative technological recommendations on strategic approaches and vision to ensure adaptability and sustainability of its services; aligned with the objectives set by the management.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective; especially on projects and
- Support the Product and Support Services Head to initiate innovative ideas and strategy to ensure that proper controls are in place for any activity conducted by the business.
- Collaborate closely with IT Dev, PMO, Marketing, and other relevant teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success and cost effectiveness of its projects.
- Updates and improves each unit’s Process Documents/ Manuals.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project scope, user stories/ experience and production timelines of every handled project.
- Preparation of audit findings for process gaps and disputes.
- Produce reports for management, as assigned and when required.
Qualifications
- Education. Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree focused on Financial (or equivalent) in product design or engineering;
- Experience. At least 2-years experience in banking, B2B Financial Service, Process & Operations Management, and Project Management;
- Certification. Lean Six Sigma Certification or Agile Project Management experience is an advantage;
- Working Setup. Hybrid, at least 5 times a month in the HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati; and
- Working Schedule. Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.
