CLIENT BACKGROUND: A multinational manufacturing company who manufactures high-quality animal feeds to support the growing agricultural sector in the Philippines.
POSITION: Product Manager (canine & feline products)
REPORTS TO THE: Strategic Marketing Director
JOB LOCATION: San Rafael, Bulacan
WORK SCHEDULE & SET UP: Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (blended field and onsite role)
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Monthly basic
- 13th month guaranteed bonus
- HMO (Coverage 200,000/member/illness/year. Eligibility upon confirmation of regularization. Inclusion of 3 dependents after 1 year in service - spouse and 2 children)

JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for implementing the established marketing plan and managing marketing investment proposals for pet species brands including Champ, Jungle Snacks, Buddy, and the development of Chummy Cat Food. The role includes coordinating marketing campaigns, product launches, providing promotional support for sales teams, and collaborating with the Technical Services, Training team and/or other Business Units to address product improvements and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback. Additionally, the position will oversee the design, production, and monitoring of packaging, tags, marketing collaterals, and brand concepts to ensure alignment with brand identity and marketing goals. The successful candidate will facilitate the execution of the species marketing plan, conduct product launches, update and maintain the marketing calendar, and track species performance through scorecards and key metrics for both current and upcoming calendar years.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Marketing concepts, promotions, pricing and activities
- Basic use of Microsoft Office applications
- Social media marketing
- Good communication skills
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field
- Must have experience managing marketing campaigns for either poultry, livestock, pet food or any other consumer products
- Must have experience using traditional and non-traditional marketing strategies
