Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting moderately complex administrative tasks related to procurement and insurance management, among others.
- Collaborating with other Administrative Specialists, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization to meet required service needs and drive global alignment
- Maintaining internal documents and files.
- Developing and maintaining process documentation
- Receiving direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative processes
- Performing other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- Bachelor's degree on any field
- Above-average English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Understanding of the procurement lifecycle particularly in the property management field
- Willing to work onsite in Baliwag, Bulacan a few days per week
- An intermediate level of computer literacy including MS Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to business systems;
- Strong analytical ability to find solutions to various technological and administrative issues
