Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting moderately complex administrative tasks related to procurement and insurance management, among others.
  • Collaborating with other Administrative Specialists, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization to meet required service needs and drive global alignment
  • Maintaining internal documents and files.
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation
  • Receiving direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative processes
  • Performing other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree on any field
  • Above-average English communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Understanding of the procurement lifecycle particularly in the property management field
  • Willing to work onsite in Baliwag, Bulacan a few days per week
  • An intermediate level of computer literacy including MS Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to business systems;
  • Strong analytical ability to find solutions to various technological and administrative issues

  • NBI or Police Clearance
  • Certificate of Employment (COE) from previous employers
