- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and service.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply-related issues.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
