Job Description Summary

The Procurement Manager encompass strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, negotiations, and overall operations for procurement activities within scope. This position is highly visible with internal and external stakeholders and will engage directly with suppliers.

About the Role:

Procurement Strategy

Develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies aligned with C&W’s goals and objections.

Sourcing & Vendor Management

Source new suppliers, evaluate capabilities, identify suitable solutions, and work with TDS and Corporate Category Managers to award contracts.

Cost Control

Analyze procurement data, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or service.

Process Improvement

Continuously enhance processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other business documents including adherence to company policy, compliance, and legal requirements.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (or similar role) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management, including English language.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
