From managing purchasing activities to maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring compliance, this role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient procurement processes.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Procurement & Finance Administrator to join our Admin Management team and provide support in performing various administrative and operational tasks. From managing purchasing activities to maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring compliance, this role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient procurement processes.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Verify purchase requisition, ensure proper documentation and justification for project charging. Ensure compliance with the company policies and requirements.
- Source for reliable vendors for goods and services required by the Company.
- Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed, ensuring optimal value for the organisation.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Request quotations from vendors and analyze them for comparison and selection.
- Create Purchase Order (PO), obtain necessary approvals
- Responsible for weekly timesheet process, ensure timesheets are signed, approved and posted
- Coordinate timesheet discrepancies and resolution to the relevant department
- Provide guidance/assistance on timesheet queries and issues
- Support finance ad hoc tasks such as scheduling delivery and digitizing documents, and expense liquidation
- Other ad hoc tasks as required to support the Finance team
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any Finance-related course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiarity with procurement, invoicing, and goods receipt processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, including finance and operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic knowledge in vendor contract management and basic accounting procedures.

- Well organised, with an ability to plan and prioritise.
- 2-3 years work experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and reporting tools is a plus.
