The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a solid procurement background, strong ERP knowledge, and the ability to work across departments to meet evolving business needs.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated success in vendor negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and contract management.
- Experience implementing or managing procurement processes within ERP systems (experience with Acumatica is a plus).
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
