Procurement Coordinator

• Manage relationships with suppliers
• Contact vendors to gather quotations for purchases of supplies
• Support in improving and delivering against the long-term procurement strategy.
• Coordinate with suppliers to address and improve performance concerns and ensure that all service-level agreements are met.
• Review different information to assess root causes, improvement opportunities, and eliminate risks.
• Ensure timely and effective completion of projects in the supply chain department.
• Coordinate with different departments for continuous improvement efforts to improve the cost of goods.
• Communicate with vendors to solicit bids for purchases of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve supplier performance issues.
• Review suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy.
• Monitor and Process PO change orders or updates for shipping/fees as needed.
• Help in developing policies and procedures for the operation of procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
• Good communication skills
• Experience in using Google Sheets and Advance Excel
