- Manage relationships with suppliers
- Contact vendors to gather quotations for purchases of supplies
- Support in improving and delivering against the long-term procurement strategy.
- Coordinate with suppliers to address and improve performance concerns and ensure that all service-level agreements are met.
- Review different information to assess root causes, improvement opportunities, and eliminate risks.
- Ensure timely and effective completion of projects in the supply chain department.
- Coordinate with different departments for continuous improvement efforts to improve the cost of goods.
- Communicate with vendors to solicit bids for purchases of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve supplier performance issues.
- Review suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy.
- Monitor and Process PO change orders or updates for shipping/fees as needed.
- Help in developing policies and procedures for the operation of procurement activities.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
- Good communication skills
- Experience in using Google Sheets and Advance Excel

- schedule flexibility
- Interpersonal Skills
