Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement activities on a client hardware migration project.
- Collaborate with suppliers in the United States and Canada, ensuring adequate supply for project hardware needs.
- Address inquiries from client-facing representatives regarding orders, tracking, and project metrics.
- Process and input approximately 40 orders daily (or more or less as needed) into the Client Hardware Procurement system, generating Purchase Orders.
- Manage special hardware orders, communicate with suppliers via email, and process RMAs.
- Initiate tickets for Salesforce Technicians when order alert processes encounter issues.
- Input and communicate tracking information for all special project orders.
- 1 year experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Strong collaboration with U.S. and Canadian suppliers and clients.
- Familiar with procurement systems and Salesforce.
- Manage high-order volume (40+ daily) and special requests.
- Handle issues, RMAs, and tracking efficiently.
