Key Responsibilities:
- Performs and executes, with considerable degree of accountability, all the purchasing functions of the company for goods and services.
- Handles the full operations of procurement, including:
- Vendor Sourcing
- Canvassing and obtaining quotations
- Contract negotiations
- Order processing
- Receipt and quality inspection of all purchases
- Supplier performance assessments and evaluations
- Scope of purchasing includes but is not limited to:
- Office supplies, office forms, and all other requirements.
- Tools, office equipment and machineries.
- Marketing product promotion and services.
- Construction requirements.
- Ensure that all purchasing requests are processed and served as scheduled.
- Ensure that all deliveries are with Received status in AX within three (3) days of actual delivery,
- Responsible for the timely processing and submission of received POs to Accounting and the clean-up of supplier's account when necessary.
- Prepare and update all reports to monitor purchases and usage
- Create and maintain all supplier contracts and files
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- A graduate of any 4 year related courses
- Have at least 6 months related working experience
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Be detail oriented
- Be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
