About The Team

The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Business Partner ensures seamless vendor transactions by managing the full procurement-to-payment cycle for warehouse-related goods and services. This role drives on-time, in-full payments, coordinates vendor deliveries, and safeguards process compliance while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers.

Job Description

  • Vendor Payment & Coordination: Ensure on-time, in-full payments to warehouse vendors; coordinate purchase orders, deliveries, and goods receiving.
  • Purchase Requisition & Governance: Create accurate PRs for local procurement, maintain 100% PR accuracy, and oversee reverse billing processes.
  • Vendor Engagement: Hold regular catch-ups for SOA reconciliation, invoice cleanups, and issue resolution.
  • Finance Alignment: Proactively communicate with Finance on outstanding payables, accrual declarations, and budget top-ups.
  • Invoice Validation & Compliance: Work with WH PICs to validate invoices, perform due diligence on WMS data, and ensure SLA adherence to avoid delays.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the P2P

workflow.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Workforce, Assets, Trucking, WH Leasing, Packaging, MHE, and Facility Services to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related program. Open to fresh graduates.
  • Detail-oriented; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Skilled in vendor relationship management and basic finance principles.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Technical and Functional Skills

  • Proficient in PR creation, invoice validation, and budget monitoring.
  • Familiarity with accrual governance and reverse billing systems is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
