Schedule: Night Shift 10:00PM-7:00AM PH Time

Salary: Up to 30,000

The Processing Corporate Assistant will be responsible for obtaining Insurance Premium Invoices and maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely communication with insurance carriers and management.

Key Duties:

• Obtain Insurance Premium Invoices
• Timing: As assigned by the Manager, averaging 10+ per day
• Call insurance carriers/agents to obtain renewal invoices/bills.
• Keep detailed call record notes in the system and the expiring spreadsheet.
• Record Premium Invoices
• Save each invoice in the designated folders and maintain accurate records.
• Enter received dates and total premiums into the expiring spreadsheet.
• Follow-up calls after invoices are paid
• Confirm that payments have been received before expiration and request proof of coverage.

Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of data entry or related experience
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective communication regarding deadlines and expectations

Essential Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Qualifications

• College graduate (required)
• Previous insurance experience (preferred, but not required)
