Job Overview

This role involves analyzing and resolving service-level issues, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and facilitating seamless transitions between Manila and other locations. It requires identifying improvement opportunities within the Process Excellence and Transformation teams, and collaborating with the Automation CoE to implement tools like robotics and data analytics for business benefits. The position emphasizes driving operational efficiency, establishing governance practices, and managing global stakeholders across diverse geographies. It also entails fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture, promoting continuous learning, and building transparent, supportive teams while upholding the company's core values and leadership standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular root cause analysis of unmet SLAs, collaborating with process owners to implement improvements. Track and report SLA performance, driving actions to resolve gaps
  • Drive operational efficiency, tracking both qualitative and quantitative value for stakeholders.
  • Establish governance practices to manage service delivery, escalations, and incidents.
  • Build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Lead teams by upholding the company's values, fostering inclusiveness, and driving high performance.
  • Manage global stakeholders across regions, encouraging collaboration and process optimization.
  • Develop talent, promote learning, and ensure succession planning while advocating for automation and innovation.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Advanced certifications or studies in Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Lean, or other Process Excellence methodologies.
  • Professional Experience:
    • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a Process Excellence leader or practitioner, preferably in roles such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean practitioner.
    • Significant hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC/DMADV.
    • Proven expertise as a subject matter expert in process improvement, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Industry Experience:
    • Strong background in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors, particularly within international Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or similar service providers.
    • Prior experience in insurance or claims processes is highly preferred.
  • Leadership and Global Experience:
    • A seasoned leader who has successfully led process excellence initiatives in global, complex environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and drive business transformation through structured, consistent approaches to process improvement.
