Your Role:

As a Process Optimization Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency across our client teams. This is a proactive and high-impact role that requires bringing proven process optimization methodologies into the organization. You will not only identify inefficiencies and lead optimization initiatives but also guide the company in adopting best practices, implementing new tools, and introducing innovative service capabilities.

You Will

• Collaborate with client teams to document workflows using process maps, schematics, or summary documents.
• Conduct detailed analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate optimization tools and determine the best approach—internal development or external solutions.
• Liaise with partners and vendors to explore off-the-shelf solutions when applicable.
• Develop optimization strategies using proven methodologies and automation technologies such as RPA or AI.
• Design workflow diagrams, drawings, and specifications for new tools, services, and processes.
• Lead process optimization projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Test and validate new services and systems to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
• Implement and configure systems or software, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.
• Measure and document pre- and post-optimization results to demonstrate efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Train delivery center teams on new optimization techniques and service improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create case studies and white papers that showcase successful optimization projects.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar role within an outsourcing company.
• Proven expertise in process mapping and workflow analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Technical proficiency with outsourcing tools, automation, AI/ML, and design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with RPA, AI, or other process automation technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to identify complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional optimization initiatives in a global or multi-site setup.
