Duties And Responsibilities
Yongshin Precision Interphils, Inc. is an ISO certified and a PEZA Korean Company that is engaged in Metal Stamping and Die Fabrications. Our extensive product lines coupled with our technical expertise caters to the needs of the country’s top Automotive and Electronics Companies.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide technical support / sustaining function on the line so as to ensure continues production runs, minimize downtime and meet production delivery commits and targets.
- Handles resolution and closure of customer issues and complaints/ concerns.
- Facilitate New Die / Repeat Die and Engineering Changes on existing products based on customer request
- Facilitate Total Customer Satisfaction
- Improvement of process performance through monitoring and review of process index such as Process Yield, Quality Incidents, Defect PPM level, etc.
- Minimize cost of material losses through parts/material evaluation and approval for use in the line.
- Provide technical support on all Internal and External Audits.
- Review and update documentations as needed (FMEA, Control Plan, OCAP, Process Flows, JIS, etc).
- In-charge of development of new products
- Preparation and in-charge of Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP)
