Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.
We are presently seeking for Process Engineer who will perform process engineering job on backend processes specifically on encapsulation, metal can sealing/welding.

We are presently seeking for Process Engineer who will perform process engineering job on backend processes specifically on encapsulation, metal can sealing/welding.
Main Responsibilities
- Performs process engineering job on backend processes specifically on encapsulation, metal can sealing / welding.
- Process optimizations and qualifications.
- Reviews and revises manufacturing documentations.
- Qualifies operators, new machines, new processes.
- Improves yield.
- Performs investigation on production line issues, drives resolution and corrective actions.
- Provides disposition on non-conforming products/materials.
- Provides in-depth analysis on process issues especially when it comes to encapsulation and other processes which require analysis relating to material interactions and able to provide effective resolutions.
- Graduate of BS Materials Science Engineering or any equivalent course
- Must have at least 2 years relevant work experience.
- Well-verse in material interactions such as but not limited to the process of encapsulation, solder plating and metal sealing. Capable to troubleshoot backend issues related to materials and provide sound resolutions.
- Versatile and fast learner.
- Must have positive disposition.
- Has good leadership skills.
- Results-oriented and Self-driven.
