Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for an IT Specialist-SAP Security who will be responsible for various SAP landscape activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Works with business and IT stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure they align with business processes and compliance requirements.
• Designs, implements, and manages S4 Hana and ECC SAP security solutions, including role-based access controls, user provisioning, and authorization concepts.
• Conducts risk assessments to identify areas of potential IT weaknesses and recommend corrective action.
• Develops and maintains role matrices, including segregation of duties (SoD) and critical access reviews.
• Performs risk assessments to identify potential security issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Manages user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, ensuring accurate role assignments.
• Conducts role testing and validation to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
• Provides training and support to end-users and other stakeholders on role and authorization management and SAP security policies and procedures.
• Stays updated with the latest developments in S/4HANA SAP security best practices, latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
• Documents all role design and implementation activities, ensuring thorough and accurate records.
• Supports the audit process by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
• Develops and enforces security policies, procedures, and best practices for S4 SAP systems.
• Ensures compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as SOX.
  
  

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree is required with minimum 5 years of experience
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the following: S/4 Hana Fiori apps administration, SoD concepts, Job roles/task roles concepts, Solution Manager 7.2, Focus Build, and ChaRM, SAP GRC, Documentation.
• Team player
• Knowledge in SAP Basis in S/4 Hana and ECC and working in control data environment is a plus.
