The Process & Systems Officer plays a key supervisory role in optimizing business processes. This role focuses on assessing current processes, implementing improvements, updating documentation, and conducting efficiency audits.
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement:
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes.
- Design and implement new processes to drive productivity.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement process changes.
- Train teams on new processes and tools.
- Monitor process performance and report progress.
- Identify and mitigate process-related risks.
- Act as the document controller for Health Network Management (HNM).
- Manage the QMS enrollment of HNM documents.
- Ensure proper filing of HNM documents.
- Create templates for future use.
- Retrieve files as needed.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

- Degree in Business Management, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, asset management, performance management, or data analytics.
- Preferred experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or other service-oriented industries.
