Position Overview

The Process & Systems Officer plays a key supervisory role in optimizing business processes. This role focuses on assessing current processes, implementing improvements, updating documentation, and conducting efficiency audits.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes.
  • Design and implement new processes to drive productivity.
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement process changes.
  • Train teams on new processes and tools.
  • Monitor process performance and report progress.
  • Identify and mitigate process-related risks.

Other Duties

  • Act as the document controller for Health Network Management (HNM).
  • Manage the QMS enrollment of HNM documents.
  • Ensure proper filing of HNM documents.
  • Create templates for future use.
  • Retrieve files as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or other service-oriented industries.
