TalentPop is one of the fastest-growing customer experience agencies in the e-commerce space, trusted by 650+ brands like CorePower Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Jaxxon. We’re growing fast and need someone who can help us scale smarter—not just faster.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows.
  • Develop and maintain clear, actionable SOPs for internal teams and processes.
  • Design and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to streamline operations.
  • Regularly audit and optimize existing automations for reliability and scalability.
  • Organize, document, and track automation projects across departments.
  • Support onboarding and administrative functions within the Business Operations team.
  • Jump in and assist with special projects or recurring admin tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot backend (Workflows, CRM data, and integrations).
  • At least 1 year of experience building automations in Zapier.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace—especially Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to document and communicate processes clearly.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and coordinating across teams.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io or Instantly.ai.
  • Experience managing databases, CRMs, or lead generation systems.
  • A self-starter mindset with a love for structure and organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Requirements

  • Desktop or laptop with at least a Ryzen 3 or Core i3 processor and 8GB RAM.
  • Stable wired internet connection (20 Mbps minimum).
  • Backup internet source (5 Mbps minimum).
  • Access to a backup power source or alternate working location during outages.
