Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, occasional weekends, 10AM to 7PM
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Chef to join a private household, preparing refined, health-conscious, and beautifully presented meals on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining restaurants and bring that same attention to detail, technique, and seasonal sourcing to a private, more intimate setting.
This role requires full responsibility for meal planning, grocery shopping, preparation, and kitchen cleanliness.

This role requires full responsibility for meal planning, grocery shopping, preparation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) tailored to the dietary preferences and nutritional needs of the household.
- Develop weekly or seasonal menus using fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients.
- Conduct all grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing, ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality products.
- Present meals with refined plating, consistent with fine dining standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, including all food prep, cleanup, and sanitization.
- Track pantry and refrigerator inventory and manage food storage to minimize waste.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests (e.g., gluten-free, keto, plant-based).
- Occasionally cater for small dinner parties or larger private events, including multi-course tasting menus.
- Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and storage practices at all times.
- Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience, with at least 1 years in a fine dining restaurant.
- Experience working as a Private Chef or in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines, modern techniques, and health-conscious cooking.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage meal planning and grocery shopping.
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution preferred but not required.
