We’re looking for a Privacy Vendor Risk Senior Specialist to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to handle privacy vendor review requests that come into the Global Privacy Office mailbox. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and requests for privacy vendor reviews received in the Global Privacy Office mailbox.
- Review and analyze requests to help determine which Segments / territories are impacted based on documented procedure and supporting documents provided.
- Act as a single point of contact for the requestor and monitor responses to completion.
- Work with privacy teams to develop processes and guidance
- Ensure Privacy Impact Assessments are completed (as applicable) for vendors
- Help ensure appropriate escalation (as needed).
- Create insights, metrics, etc., for reporting purposes.
- Help identify opportunities for improvement (tool, templates, guides, etc.).
- Work with Global Privacy team to help ensure insights, challenges, etc., that arise from vendor reviews are addressed.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related compliance, insurance, banking, internal or external audit experience.
- Background or familiarity with privacy program or regulations is a plus.
- College/University degree and/or equivalent, preferably related to business management, accountancy, finance, internal audit
