Why this role?
As a Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving pricing practices and tactics within Southeast Asia countries, directly contributing to business growth and strategy.
What will you be doing? Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and recommend pricing tactics and decisions that align with overall pricing strategy and business goals, collaboration with Area pricing manager.
- Work closely with business lines and regions to ensure pricing decisions are made and implemented in a timely manner.
- Run and prepare pricing committees in the frontline in a systematic manner
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze pricing data, generate actionable insights, and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in pricing mindset, processes and practices, engaging with stakeholders to gather input, ideas, challenges and concerns.
- Assist implementation of pricing initiatives, incl. development of pricing mindset, tools, processes, and governance frameworks
- Provide training and support to colleagues in pricing
- Collaborate closely with sales management on implementation of pricing practices and tactics in regions
- Collaboration and Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in pricing leadership with regional expertise.
- Analytical Acumen: Outstanding ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in making strategic business recommendations and collaborating with sales teams, with a deep understanding of customer purchasing behavior.
- Visionary Leadership: Broad strategic perspective to develop pricing strategies, challenge market trends, and make bold decisions to drive competitiveness and profitability.
