Your Responsibilities
Business Development
- Represent the company in business development tasks
- Work closely with sales team to ensure a stable level of customer pipeline or funnel
- Identify customers’ pain and issue and provide consultative advice to promote the client companies solutions into the system
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Develop a strategic solution that is in line with customers’ requirement and vision.
- Establish themselves and the client as a consultative partner to the customer in order to pitch ideas that will lead to more sales
- Participate in creating the corresponding full packaged services offer that will suite the solutions crafted for the customer
- Evaluate the responses from the Solutions Presales to ensure the profitability of the project while delivering that best solution for the customer
- Create and present current offers and solutions roadmap during customer meetings, workshops and events delivering the client companies message and vision
- Monitor their respective BU revenue performance and make proper actions to ensure the delivery of committed revenue to the principal
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Work with internal staff to ensure that all required documents are available and updated and can be submitted to any external requirements such as private or public bidding etc.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
- Prepares and installs POC solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Software developer should be able to interact with other application teams for solutions.
- Should be able to perform a quick first-level analysis.
- Modify and give recommendations for application configurations based on system performance.
- Review code and ensure delivery quality and integration to future versions.
- Define UAT support and production support plans.
- Analyze, design, develop, and support various changes to enhance and grow/expand existing solutions.
- Develop and present proof of concept software for prospective clients.
- Attends company sponsored events and other company client servicing activities.
- Attends mandatory company sponsored trainings, workshops, and activities.
- Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent computer courses with focus in SW development
- Preferably with Post Graduate units earned in Business Administration and/or Engineering or any related field.
- Preferably with five (5) years work experience as Product or Solutions or Pre-Sales Engineer in a service-oriented industry in all areas of Client Servicing.
- 2 to 3 years relevant work experience both in Public or Private Sector
- With experience in Networking (IT), Data Center (Server Dimensioning, DB Management)
- With established account relationship with high net worth private and institutional clients.
- Should have a proven track record in Presales that shows positive results and SW development
- With an above average planning, budgeting and forecasting, oral and communication skills; inter-personal; analytical; problem-solving; negotiating skills.
- Highly personable with exceptional PR skills; strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills, with proven track record of account management bringing with him/her a solid client database.
- Must possess above average general management skills, a self-starter, results-driven and can manage changes well.
- Has commitment to excellent customer service and the Company’s Code of Ethics.
- Highly motivated, attentive to details, can keep confidential matters, and has the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
- Must be highly organized, analytical and systematic individual.
- Must have a sense of urgency and initiative to perform set duties even without instructions.
- Can work under minimum supervision and able to cope with pressures and deadlines.
- Willing to work long hours, if needed.
