Job Summary: As a Member of the Sales Team, the Pre-Sales Engineer (Technical Sales Advocate) will serve as the First Point of Contact for our Customers - Fostering a Positive and Collaborative Experience for Prospects to Learn About, Engage, and Implement Product Offering(s). The incumbent will Hold Business Conversations with the Customers to Understand their Needs and; Identify Opportunities that Meet the Minimum Criteria for Sales. Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:
• Act as An Advisor/Consultant for all Customers Across Multiple
Industries - Determine their Needs and Identify Opportunities to
Fulfill Requirements with Leading Product Technologies (Cloud)
• Manage Day-to-Day Relationships with Customers; Will Ensure
Product Revenue, Trial and Sales Targets are Met or Exceeded
• Support the Development Of Knowledge -- and Understating of
Microsoft Azure Solutions with Customers -- Provide Innovative
Ideas on how to Increase Sales & Service Take Up on Trial and
Support-Related Requests
• Position Competitive Offering/s and Solutions in the Context Of
Customer Needs and Experience/s - Provide Technical Product
Overview and Insights Pertinent to Customer Needs and Usage
• Leverage Sales and Communication Tool/s to Accelerate Sales
and Maintain High Daily Activity - Meet and/or Exceed Target(s)
Including Pipeline Generation and Activity-Based Targets
• Communicate Effectively w/ Customers through Chat Or Phone
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
• At least 1 Year Experience in a Technical Support Function with
Related and/or Relevant Business-to-Business Sales Exposure
• Proven B2B SALES Experience, within the IT Industry is a Plus
• Strong Working Knowledge Of Microsoft Azure - (Products And
Solutions) and Other Cloud Technologies and/or Service(s)
• Strong Knowledge of MS Dynamics and similar CRM Platforms
• Excellent Cust Svc Skills -- Building Positive Relationships and;
Proficient in Engaging w/ Customers to Identify their Needs
• Demonstrates Business Communication Skills; Able to Engage
in A Consultative Type Of Conversation with Clients/Customers
• Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools is Required
