We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Analyst / PowerBI Developer with strong experience in visual editor software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio. The ideal candidate excels at transforming complex datasets into meaningful, actionable insights that drive decision-making across both individual stakeholder and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations that clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Use SQL and ETL processes to extract, clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources and reporting environments.
• Optimize dashboard performance and data models for scalability and efficiency.
• Apply a strict focus to detail in every aspect of reporting, from metric definitions to visual design.
• Present insights and recommendations that support business strategy and operational improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and data preparation workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and validation.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visuals.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality.
  
  

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Snowflake or other modern cloud data platforms.
• Understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehouse schemas (e.g., star and snowflake schemas).
