- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions.
- Optimize back-end data models and processes to enhance the performance and scalability of Power BI solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and resolving Power BI-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
Reporting to the People Analytics team, your expertise in Power BI will directly contribute to our organization's understanding of workforce data and trends. - 3-5 years of experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports with strong visualization skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Power BI back-end setup, including data modeling and DAX.
- Intermediate to Advanced expertise with relational databases.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into impactful data visualizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
