Post-Installation Support Specialist

Job Description

• Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain Cartrack projects
• Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs
• Provide technical support for any device-related matters or issue (device, fuel, firmware, and functionality issues raised by customers)
• Create price codes as part of the vehicle information capture process for new and existing customers
• Conduct post-fitment checks for newly installed Cartrack products on customer vehicles to:
• ensure standard procedures are adhered to by the fitters
• all the functions that the customer had subscribed to are working.
• Create post-fitment related incident reports and provide necessary recommendations as needed for customers
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills
  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline
• Entry levels are welcome to apply
• Proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries
• Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required
