We are hiring for a Portfolio Management Head who will lead and drive the local equities investment strategy for a top-tier investment management organization.

- Lead the development and execution of equity investment strategies to deliver consistent outperformance versus benchmarks and peers.
- Manage a team of portfolio managers, analysts, and traders to ensure high-quality research, timely implementation, and portfolio alignment with the firms house view.
- Oversee equity research coverage across macroeconomic, sectoral, and individual company levels to generate actionable insights.
- Drive portfolio management decisions (strategic and tactical) and ensure compliance with investment and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, compliance, and marketing teams to support product development, regulatory changes, and fund management initiatives.
- Represent the organization in investment briefings and industry events, providing expert market insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing investment perspectives and participating in client and market presentations.
- At least 10 years of solid experience in equities portfolio management and/or investment research within the financial services industry.
- Strong background in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and performance management.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Masters degree (MBA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing investment teams.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Deep understanding of Philippine capital markets, investment regulations, and risk management principles.
