About The Job

To ensure that we maximize the use of IT resources for the execution of corporate strategic initiatives in the company's portfolio of projects. Support the CIO in processes such as planning, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.

What You Will Do

  • Administrator for various portfolio systems (Business & IT teams)
  • Develops ad hoc queries for management reporting.
  • Works closely with and provides support to the governance of the IT Organization; work with project managers, IT delivery heads, product owners for solving resource requirement of current and future projects.
  • Leads & tracks the departmental key projects, efforts spent on them and track the progress of commitment to delivery.
  • Owns the delivery metrics and shares with management for periodical assessment & review.
  • Leads and manages the command center and/or post-implementation support for new projects & Initiatives.
  • Updates and maintains the PPM SharePoint site for ease of finding important PPM documents for BAU maintenance and support, releases, upgrades and BAU enhancements, Clarity documentation, change management.
  • Ensures consistent intake and visibility for new project and improvement requests, mapping for overall alignment of the Project Portfolio
  • Drives the improvement of the process and quality of data. This includes creating policies and procedures.

What You Should Have

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in IT Portfolio management, Resource and Capacity Management
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge and Jira (or any similar platform)
  • Knowledge of and exposure to IT Operation; Software Delivery; System Implementation; and Project Management, and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge in budget preparation, strategic planning and quality management.
  • Proven ability to create executive level reporting, using meaningful data for decision making
  • Understands the concept of Cost-Benefit analysis
