Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- Support data analysis for operational decision-making
- Assist in the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address operational challenges
- Generate and maintain basic reports on operational performance
- Contribute to resource allocation and budget tracking
- Make data-informed suggestions for process improvement
- Participate in departmental goal setting and planning
- Develop foundational knowledge in specific operational areas
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement
- Proficiencies in data analysis and reporting
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
