What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle warm leads and grow your own client base
- Schedule and lead property site trippings
- Guide clients through every step of buying and build lasting relationships
- Coordinate with developers and sellers on RFO & pre-selling inventory
- Hit sales targets and celebrate your wins
- Competitive Pay – Base ₱20K–₱25K plus up to 20% commission
- HMO upon regularization

- Professional Training & Tools – Sales decks, listings, digital support
- Flexible Schedule – Adjust depending on client appointments

- With knowledge of Real Estate
- Strong grasp of the sales cycle: prospecting → follow-ups → closing
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Driven, dependable, and results-oriented
- Must be open to on-site client meetings and property trippings around Metro Manila and nearby cities
- Willing to work on weekends
