The Platform Onboarding Officer is responsible in ensuring the timely and successful onboarding to the platform and delivery of the different traditional TSD products and services, and other facilities in the various online Corporate Banking Platforms.

- Coordinates closely with customers and internal units to ensure successful onboarding to the platform
- Conducts basic training and troubleshooting to assist customer in Corporate Platforms’ activation and set up
- Monitors onboarding and activation and coordinates with Sales and Branches as needed
- Performs other tasks/special projects that may be assigned to be able to get necessary training and development to have a progressive career in the Bank and at the same time provides guidance to direct reports
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably of a Business/Finance course
- At least 2 years experience in banking/finance or related industry
- At least 1 year experience with customer service
- Basic knowledge in Cash Management products and services
- Basic computer applications (word processing / spreadsheets / etc.)
- Proficiency in computer application (MS Word / Excel)
- Keen attention to detail, proactive and analytical
